Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24-48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item and confirm its condition.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
