What Is Covered
Every watch purchased from GUO Watches comes with warranty coverage. We stand behind the quality of our products.
Movement Warranty
All watch movements are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery. This covers any defects in the movement mechanism under normal use conditions.
Case & Build Quality
The watch case, crown, crystal, and bezel are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. This includes structural integrity and finishing quality.
Water Resistance
Water resistance ratings are guaranteed at the time of delivery. Please note that water resistance can diminish over time and with wear. We recommend avoiding water exposure beyond the rated depth.
Bracelet & Strap
Bracelets and straps are covered for 3 months against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, scratches, and aging of leather or rubber materials are not covered.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet
- Water damage beyond the rated water resistance depth
- Battery replacement for quartz movements
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide Documentation
Include clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. We cover return shipping for all valid warranty claims.
